I think if you go to the bottom of left wing madness you will see a comment and my answer to it. ..That's the culprit. Obviously she doesn't like this article. The date is April 20, 2012. The rest below, was written much earlier. Now the question is, how are they doing it.? In the past they used my system, coming in through port 80, But a hard ware firewall prevents that now. The method was reverse access trojan, connecting to it, as they deposited it on my hard drive. They were in my system, and where ever I was they were. So only my ip would turn up on hub severs. Now its a different method. They have altered this article numerous times - and above, from the image, you can see they posted it to datingpsychos. Now I believe they are using password stealer links and session cookie stealers.

The socialists in Russia, the extreme right wing in America, and the Nazi's all understood the power of the label. Branding individuals with the most socially unacceptable label is predominantly a trait of the extreme left wing. Nazism was ( according one historian, Jonah Goldberg, in his work Liberal Fascism) a left wing movement.

In the US, during the 1950's, the Senate Commitee on Un American Activities did brand many individuals as "Communist." They sometimes used the term " Communist sympathizer" and the result was personal destruction in many cases. Charlie Chaplan was so branded, and as a result of the damage, moved to England. Many others were hurt by that labeling.

But the power to brand and label on smear sites and so called "exposure" sites, "vengence sites" - is as powerful as the Internet itself. , The reach of the internet is world wide. The effect of anonymous slurs is instant: once a persons name is smeared, their google profile is damaged, the damage is then broadcast everywhere -as soon as Google indexes the site.

The smear artists understand the importance of the Google profile all too well.

This Phenomenon is new, it is Growing, and - it is Very Dangerous! , Some people are profiting from it. Soon, it will be big business. On would be internet cyber courts or simple venegence and smear sites: Anything goes.

And so far, little in the way of consequences has been dealt to them, in a legal sense.

On search of a name, city and state, ar reputation is instantly damaged by associations made to the smear article in Google. This could affect a person's ability to work - as 72 percent of employers check Google for references sources. Whether they consider the negative info placed there during the hiring process or not, might never be known, as employers may never give a reason for not hiring someone. Hiring, these days, is very much a "risk assessment." A bad google profile, suggests a risk. So when defamers defame, they are attacking the individual at a very basic level, and they know it.

If a person is employed, the smear could result in job loss or harassment. And since, often - photos, emails and addresses and websites are used, the smeared are endangered. The result could easily have health effects This is what the smearers hope to achieve. But they rationalize the smear as "a warning." an "exposure." a "civil service." This is the face they put on, the real reason is pure malice.. These people are actually juiced by the excitement of doing this, and they are "addicted" to the whole process. It makes them feel powerful..

When the defamers are anonymous though the recourse is difficult. Anonymous defamers say they are protected by First Amendment Rights...however, they do not take responsibility for what they say, and so that statement is nulled out.

The First Amendment surely allows anyone to say what they please -:but - they are then subject to the First Amendment remedy: Civil Action. Anonymous defamers block that remedy, and therefore block civil rights. The act itself may be criminal.

There is an amendment to the fed communications act 1934 to include internet. signed into law by President Bush in 2006 which says the following:

“Whoever…utilizes any device or software that can be used to originate telecommunications or other types of communications that are transmitted, in whole or in part, by the Internet… without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person…who receives the communications…shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.”

This makes the hundreds of instances of harassment, bullying defamation, smears, spoofing in emails - crimes, hackings, and attacks on my civil rights by groups like EOPC - criminal acts, the very people who have hacked this blog, and posted this article to datingpsychos.

The reason this activity is criminal is because the activity causes harm, and blocks civil remedies for that harm. In fact, the act is a felony because civil rights are violated, as are state privacy laws. This is also a federal law. Punishment for an instance could result in fines or - 18 months in prison.

In news papers, and on TV, negative smears are not done, secondary to liabilty fears. But on the Internet, anonymous vigilantes and smear sites, and vengeance sites, feel they can say anything about anyone, and get away with it. They can't. But, it may take some time before the laws in the real world are made more real for those who hide behind anonymity in cyberspace. Essentially, they are cowards who need to be exposed themselves for their egoism in claiming to know where a problem lies in a dispute. That is impossible online, almost by definition. But here is the power they wield.

The instant a blog is created, it becomes searchable. For instance, lets take a name:

And we will say John is being smeared thusly:
"he's a pychopath, a cheater, a narcissist, a predator, sex addict, psychotic, paranoid " ostensibly these are diagnoses. And very damaging ones. In fact - the one most often used by one group is Malignant Narcissist, a diagnosis common to all serial killers. (it is narcissism/sociopathy.)

Or may be they are saying: "John is "a thief, a black mailer, corrupt, homosexual, a criminal, alcoholic."

They know that the hint and allegation will produce the:"I don't know about John" effect. This is what they hope to achieve, because for some, that's all it takes to wonder,

But maybe the smear is coming from his estranged and hostile embittered x wife, or a business partner, or indeed, his business competition. Maybe it's a "politcal smear." of someone running for office. Or, a "for hire" smear. The potential motives are occult and limitless. Someone may do it for no reason other than than the fact that they are crazy, or evil or both.

These kinds of statements may be entirely false and they may be the product of personal vendetta and often are... But, the instant the blog is created. those labels, are associated to his name, and they will end
up in google, in terms of a search of John's name. And, in all cases that is precisely the idea.

I believe we are getting the idea here. And we can see how destructive these types of anonymous blogs can be...it is the power
of the label in relation to it's damaging broadcasting effect in Google. And, the power is enormous. John would have to spend upwards of 25,000 to get the blog removed. But, if he is successful, the bloggers could move to another location - and do it again. He may never get the identities of the sources of the smear to take civil action. And if he does, the cost to sue them is high, sometimes with little promise of return that equals damages.

The malignant power of this phenomenon is viral. And these bloggers know it. For the most part, they are guilty of the labels they apply. But they want the focus elsewhere. And so, they have put it on Mr. Doe. The bloggers know the terms encapsulate the individual. They cast a cloud of doubt. They make John Doe suspect. And, they know that all they have to do to cast that doubt, make the allegation, and the mission is accomplished. Therin lies the true danger, if this phenomenon is allowed to continue.

What would disband these groups, and curtail the phenomenon, is a good test case made of one or several of them. And this will happen eventually. Until then - the danger persists, and it will grow.

But be aware, this could be done to anyone for any reason- as we speak. And, it may take years for the law to catch up so as to stop this trend. I spent 10 months fighting a group online who did this to me, and the story is here: Google Does Not Answer The Phone This group described here (from the link) smeared my name for someone seeking personal vendetta for my report of her for welfare fraud.

She played on their Internet victim sensitivity but -in fact - she was the victimizer. In part, my experience was my fault, because I sent my story on her first, without intending to use her name. My story was written as an account of our relationship, using a pseudonym. I simply wanted to know if this was the critter they were talking about. She had a history, I was the seventh married man she'd hit on. And she proved herself an emotional fraud. The effects were devastating, not just to me, but to my whole family and I expect, hers. That was my foolishnes. She turned the story upside down, and played the victim. And she was successful, until I managed to prove her story was false. The group researched zero of what she said. And they were fooled by her. She was covering herself by attacking me. And she did it with a vengence. (She is still doing it herself but in a much more occult way, because she is a coward..).

If the vigilante group had any sense they would have dropped both sides of the story. But - they proceeded to try and destroy me. The group was a little too biased and political to see a male as victim...the female sociopath is someone they can't concieve of or contend with, because the core members are female..And that may not be her problem anyway - she might be mentally ill.. (Not that they should be in a position to judge either anyway.) In anycase the problem was with her, and I doubted my own senses. I shouldn't have needed external validation. But, I was finally able to argue my case in one location that did not shut me down: their hometown, Google's blogger.

In fact they are there because Google doesn't respond to this...
What got their blogs down was my ability to fight back, by writing back - answering the allegations with proofs. They had me shut down at every other location. Google's lack of involvement, and my research into who these people were, got the blogs down. In five months I identified 8 of of them. The testimony was proved false. And their perverse brand of censorship- desrcibed in that article - could not be used anymore. They were coordinated anonymous complaints to blog hosts, labeling my talkbacks as malware, turning up the volume spreading the news, and redirects from their website to another website - so that I could not read what they wrote. A perverse kind of censorship. While invoking first amendment rights as protections, they blocked my civil right to respond. .

But, they posted to datingpsychos too. And now, my battle is with it's owner, He,. IMO, runs the most decadent site on the internet. This site is cheap, decadent and immoral, and probably illegal. After the orginal smear at datingpsychos post was removed, The owner put up his own page as vendetta, after I proved he will not only earn money from the smeared to remove posts, but - he will identify the poster for money. He saw that knowledge as "bad for business." But - what is his business? At that perverse site, it is nothing but a forum for libel and an extortion racket for him. This site is prurile.

Both of these sites have grown like a malignancy...and they need to be shut down or zoned as "google no index," The first one is the most dangerous because they "appear" nice. They aren't.. Behind their exterior is a networked group of vicious mauraders who have become too powerful for their own good and who are out for blood..

Now, some light is shed on them. Their activities
have been reported to IC3.gov, since then their activity has been somewhat subdued.

There have been several other innocents victimized by them in exactly the same way. Someone with a vendetta, This group become the arbtrators of justice. In effect, they are the judge, jury and executioner. The Vigilantes. A group who feels it is immune to civility and law and therefore it is justified in breaking all laws because it has rendered judgment. ... "They" have the mystic power to discern victim from victimizer. A judgement that is very difficult for the real world courts - since every legal case arbitrates precisely that distinction.. But in assuming that authority they make themselves what they brand people as: Narcissist, Stalkers, and Predators, They are playing God, online. Those who would apply the Scarlet Letter are very often the worst offenders. In the case of both sites alluded to here, ultimately - that is very definitely the case.

Note: The cited vigilante group says they are protected because the story teller signs a contract, they say. That is false on it's face. This is because no lawyer would compose a contract for a vigilante group. This group is still held libel for crimes as well. And they have commited multiple crimes. What they have done- in fact - is assumed liabity with the story teller. The analogy that works best here is, the mafia saying: "yes, we will do the hit for you, but you will have to sign a contract saying we are immune." Right away, we can see this doesn't play. Also let's look at their ethics. They say they have been right 100 percent of the time. An extraordinary statement. But proved incorrect, because out of a sample of ten, they have been wrong twice. And possibly three times, since one of thier pet so called Cyberpaths, had a personal relationship with one of the main members, he was a high school sweet heart. She was married. She blames him for the breakup of her marriage. He made her do it. She was hypnotized into cheating on her husband. She lost all will to his hypnotic powers. Who on earth is gullible enough to buy that. This woman has always blamed the world for her problems. It's pattern. The locus of control is gone. But, in the case of 3 out 10 wrong - if there aren't more - who knows: Who is willing to be their sacrificial lamb, for the greater good? Who do they think they are? For people who may be tempted to use these sites, beware...in some cases your name might be sold, revealed as the poster - and in all cases your name could be subpoened. Steer clear of sites like these.

We have lost our focus and moral compass in many ways, and we use language accordingly. A thing is either true, or it isn't true - in most cases. A thing is never true because we want it to be, nor can it be changed into a truth by euphimisms we adorn it with,,, or rational we give for seeing it as true when it isn't. The lie is still a lie,despite the utility it serves. That utility, is too often self serving. The body, mind and spirit thrive on truth. But before you get caught up in their hysteria. This si what is really happening. Elaine May Smith and them hatched a brilliant harassment plan in May of 2010. I criticized it then, but, Elaine has decided to move the sound click harassment to facebook, and so, I criticized it there. And that is what they say is the reason they have dragged out their old smears. But, what it really is, is - they resent my critique here, and on the my website. Comments are ok, but no anonymous posts will be accepted, it is best just to calmly evaluate both discussions. And become conscious of what they are doing. Anon posts are suspicious for the vested interests, this is about taking responsibility for what you say.

My main focus is on this group, exposing it for what it really is, and this time I mean business, one of it's mentors has been reported to the US Attorney general in New Jersey, and as you read, you will see what they are. They are not at all what they appear and they take on many of the characteristics of an organized criminal group. I am sending my rebuttal to law schools, the APA, internet lawyers, and key people bloggers they have ingratiated themselves to and since I have done that, they just about shut up. Nonsense and smears, propagated all over the internet. Finally one of them made an anonymous phone call to the opposition lawyer, in April 2010. The case was ruined because the issue had been corrupted at it's core, it was now not an employment issue - it was an Elaine May Smith issue. She had nothing to do with the case, but because she had all details when we were together, she would be deposed. And she would lie,.

I have been informed that two women are the primary instigators. I have both of their names. One is being sued. Barbra Camwell Ness, and Mary McGrannahan (Auntie Pestilence) are the people doing this. Ness, owns the cyberpath blog. Mary is less involved than Barbara Camell Ness, in some ways Mary is likable Other names: Elaine May SMith (Auntie Audrey) Stonehaven, Scotland

Barbara Camwell Ness, it is alleged her husband Andrew is involved although Barbara has gone to great lengths to disprove that, given her hisband works for Moody's. The Big RAmerican credit union. Rick Kline and Smith are posting for Barbara, so as to draw suspicion away from her and her husband. There is also Michelle comford Jones, Sussex England, and Katie Fairchild.

Ness practices as a therapist in NY without a license and counsels on line for a fee of 75.00. She is shyster, a former legal assistant. But only my IP shows up. The more they deface this article the more it rises in significance. These are the people who rationalize what they do anonymously as "free speech" yet everything they do, is an assaut on free speech.

This article is like their souls, the more they deface it, they more they corrupt themselves. .We can only guess at the politics of these people. But if they were allotted more power - they'd be a threat to democracy. They'd be despots.

In 2007. Ms Smith and I had a one year affair. I had an active civil case. When it broke up, she retaliated by giving the details of that case, one she had nothing to do with, an employment case - to these vigilantes. They did a hit on it.

Contacted my lawyer anonymously,. Finally, one of them called the opposition attorney and told them I was willing to settle for 10k and eligibility. They were hoping the shut the case down with a settlement, so that I could not see how they contaminated the case during the discovery phase.

I would see how their activities would be used by the opposition. They wanted to short circuit that, and in their arrogance believed they could trigger a settlement. . My lawyer said, that because Smith had so many details and handed them to these vigilantes, Smith, who'd targeted the case, because of my report of her for welfare fraud in Britain - could be deposed, This -even though she was not the issue in the case. She made herself the central figure - but only as a contaminant that would have to be thrown out. But perhaps not before giving false and harmful testimony. I had to pull the case from the courts to avoid the theater she would create. The case was destroyed. I wrote this commentary reflecting one what they did. Not with the sentiment that they did it to me, but that they dared do it at all
